Terms and conditions

Minimum stay
There is a minimum stay of 6 nights.

Check-in and check-out
We maintain the following check-in and check-out times. Deviations are possible upon request. We will be at the accommodation for both arrival and departure.
- Check-in is available on Saturday or Sunday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Check-out is available on Friday or Saturday until 11:00 AM.

Cancellation conditions
- Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: no cancellation fees.
- Cancellation 15 to 60 days before arrival: cancellation fees are 25% of the total booking cost.
- Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival: cancellation fees are 100% of the total booking cost. 

Cot
There are no additional costs for an extra cot. The cot can be added free of charge via the reservation form.

Maximum number of guests
A maximum of 10 guests are allowed in Villa Luxe El Fadri, and a maximum of 8 guests are allowed in Villa Luxe Carrio. Small children using a crib are not counted

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Parties/events
Parties or gatherings are not allowed without permission.

Fair use water and electricity
We do not charge extra for water and energy use on the condition of reasonable use.
